About the Role
The Marketing Manager serves as the engine for daily marketing output, acting as a creative, hands-on professional responsible for end-to-end brand storytelling. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Director, this role encompasses strategy, execution, copywriting, content creation, data analysis, and design.
Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop campaign strategies.
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
- Coordinate with creative, account, and new business teams for integrated campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Maintain and execute a robust content calendar across social, email, website, and presentations.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for various formats including social, email, and case studies.
- Manage and update the company website to improve user experience and performance.
- Develop and submit award entries to maintain industry recognition.
- Collaborate with project teams to archive and maintain marketing assets.
- Support project content creation including pre-event planning, shot lists, and onsite capture.
- Manage the agency image and video library.
- Secure content permissions and approvals for project work.
- Curate agency materials for RFIs, RFPs, and press materials.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and email.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics.
- Stay current on emerging tools and technologies.
- Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities for agency executives.
- Drive pre-event and post-event marketing efforts.
- Support client-hosting and agency event efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate marketing needs into project workflows.
- Serve as an internal resource for case study and project content recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Support strategic planning, reporting, and special projects.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting analytics.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Keynote, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Light graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing experience for social-ready clips and reels.
- High energy and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule up to 3 days in office.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
