About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our resident facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a genuine interest in geriatric care, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our active-minded senior residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning and deep cleaning of common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, offices, and furniture
- Follow established infection control policies
- Maintain an organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, associates, and vendors
- Demonstrate community hospitality promises
- Complete additional duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- Ability to work in a 24-hour operation
