About the Role

Responsible for executing a broad range of transactions, preparing client presentations, and performing financial modeling. This role involves working closely with senior team members to support client relationship management within the financial institutions group.

Responsibilities

• Execute on a broad range of transactions.
• Prepare client presentations and financial modeling.
• Support Directors/MDs in managing client relationships in the industry sector.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by executing individual goals and initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Champion a client-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage bank resources.
• Coordinate with various product groups and industry teams within GBM.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships with legal counsel, external parties, and clients.
• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients.
• Create marketing materials and presentations.
• Support transaction structuring and execution efforts.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with clients.
• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create/maintain models.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data.
• Conduct financial and written analysis of companies and industries.
• Apply product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve financial objectives.
• Actively contribute to a high-performance and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 0-2 years’ work experience in Investment Banking.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science or Technology.
• Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
• Obtain and maintain required FINRA registration and licensing appropriate to your functions and responsibilities.
