About the Role

Texas Sports Academy is seeking a Marketing & Content Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of content, events, and partnerships. This role is crucial for coordinating coverage, managing sponsorships, and ensuring alignment across marketing, athletics, and academics.

Responsibilities

• Own event coverage end-to-end, including pre-event logistics, on-site direction of video and photo teams, and post-event content delivery.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships, serving as the primary contact for external partners and ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Operate the master marketing and events calendar, coordinating across departments and flagging potential conflicts.
• Manage content calendars and output to ensure a consistent flow of content across social platforms.
• Handle merchandise inventory and fulfillment for events, athletes, and brand activations.
• Source new sponsorship opportunities and manage the process from pitch to closing deals.
• Connect content production to broader marketing initiatives and brand storytelling goals.

Requirements

• Event production experience, including planning, directing teams, and delivering finished content.
• Proven experience in sponsorship and partnership management, including securing deals and tracking deliverables.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Fluency in content operations, including managing content calendars and coordinating creative teams.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for workflow automation and content creation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• U.S. work authorization required.
