About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit efforts for the Aviation & Transportation or Workplace sector. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and possesses impeccable time management skills and a resourceful nature. They should have a strong graphic eye for compelling visual communications, design, and layout, coupled with a passion for the industry and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce RFQ/P responses, interview presentations, award submissions, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal employees and external partners to gather necessary information for marketing efforts.
- Lead kickoff meetings to understand strategy for pursuit deliverables.
- Coordinate interview presentation run-throughs with the pursuit team.
- Develop custom visual and written content that demonstrates industry understanding and design excellence.
- Set and adhere to pursuit schedules, prioritize deadlines, and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Maintain and enter CRM data, SharePoint content, and OpenAsset digital assets.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in A/E/C marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working within a strong brand, adhering to brand guidelines and established processes.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Impeccable time management skills with effective prioritization capabilities.
- Excels in relationship building and collaboration, functioning as an integrated team member.
- Client service-driven and solutions-focused approach to communication.
- Ability to work effectively with partners in-person and virtually across multiple time zones.
- Must upload a portfolio for design positions.
