About the Role

As a Solution Specialist (Sales Representative) on our Retail Team, you will be an entrepreneur of Rogers and Fido plans, products, and services. You will understand customer needs and provide the best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use innovative selling strategies to promote Rogers / Fido products and services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet or exceed all sales targets.
• Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs.
• Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine.
• Interact with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards.
• Troubleshoot customer care issues and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience.
• Be open to workdays, evenings and weekends.
• Must clear a Criminal Records Check and ID verification.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have a valid work or study permit.
