About the Role

Own how Valkai turns frontier AI into the agents that life sciences teams rely on every day, compressing drug development timelines from months to days. Partner directly with engineers, AI Strategists, and customers to build and ship AI agents, translating field learnings into product requirements and roadmap, prototyping new capabilities, and shipping features that drive customer success. Define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured.

Responsibilities

Build enterprise-grade AI agents for life sciences, meeting trust, governance, and compliance demands.
Shape the product roadmap by scoping, prioritizing, and implementing new agent capabilities and platform features.
Discover new use cases and opportunities for AI agents to deliver value.
Engage with customers to assess requirements, build prototypes, and translate challenges into product requirements.
Define and measure success criteria for new agent builds and drive the roadmap using metrics.

Requirements

2–5+ years of product management experience building highly technical products.
Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and shipping technical products end-to-end with engineering teams.
Hands-on fluency with AI agent behavior, including prompting, evaluation, and guardrails.
Experience crafting and tailoring messages for customers, including executives.
Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and deployment patterns.
Understanding of governance and compliance in regulated environments.
Some hands-on coding ability (e.g., React, TypeScript, Python/Go) for prototyping.
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries.
