About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to build the best online shopping experience for millions of customers nationwide. You will work closely with our Director of Product, peers, & stakeholders to execute on the product vision and strategy for the customer experience by contributing to the product roadmap & collaborating with design & engineering to bring that roadmap to life. We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience, learns from their successes & failures, has a bias for action, and find a solution for any problem. You will need the ability to make difficult trade-offs while working in a fast paced, analytical and experimentation-driven environment. The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with product management skill set, eCommerce, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.
Responsibilities
- Work with Users, Developers, Product Designers, Merchandizers, Marketers, Operations specialists and Customer Service to create and manage a meaningful product roadmap
- Own the product backlog including daily prioritization, grooming, writing user stories and generally keeping the dev team unblocked and running as fast as possible
- Create sound hypotheses for any new product development and ensure we’re building out things that make sense
- Use analytics to make key product decisions
- Participate in collecting feedback from users and translating these findings into product development
Requirements
- Relationship building comes naturally to you, and you have been a part of cross functional teams (both customers and colleagues)
- You have a customer-first approach to building products, leveraging research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer loyalty
- You are obsessed with testing, and experimentation is a core pillar of how you approach product development – aka you aren’t happy unless you’ve learned something after shipping
- Experience leading Engineering, Design, Data Science & other business teams
- Minimum 3 years of agile product management experience
- Some formal business education and/or experience working on a loyalty program
