About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Part Time Shift Lead to motivate, inspire, and develop our store team while ensuring legendary customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide and ensure legendary customer experiences consistently
- Establish customer satisfaction
- Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all associates
- Set expectations and ensure accountability
- Maximize sales potential by coaching associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room
- Build a collaborative team based on store needs
- Ensure training of the associate team
- Analyze business and create action plans
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Direct and execute company policies and practices
- Direct merchandise flow
- Ensure visual and merchandising standards and a positive in-store experience
- Manage controllable expenses
- Maintain Mango procedures
- Oversee loss prevention and safety
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience
- Prior sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
- Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react to business needs
- Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment
- Ability to address complex issues and execute multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to identify, assess, train, develop, and retain top talent
- Proficient in Windows-based software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
