About the Role
Infoblox is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join their Americas West Professional Services team. This role focuses on accelerating customer adoption of Infoblox products by implementing solutions to achieve customer outcomes and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable implementation projects.
- Collaborate with customers and Infoblox Professional Services team members to address technical and business challenges using Infoblox products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, Infoblox Threat Defense).
- Create project technical documentation.
- Perform Infoblox upgrades and refreshes for customer environments.
- Ensure successful project completion on time and within budget, achieving project goals with a customer satisfaction score of 95% or above.
- Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate project documentation, implementation planning, and knowledge base contributions.
- Mentor customers on Infoblox technology during project delivery.
- Mentor Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners on Infoblox implementation best practices.
- Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
- Establish strong relationships, trust, and collaboration with regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional services delivery and consulting experience.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the ability to apply them to professional services workflows.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to present at internal and external meetings.
- A customer-centric mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability for up to 10% travel.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Infoblox, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks experience is a plus.
- Experience working in SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus.
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) is a plus.
- Good technical knowledge of security concepts and implementations/products is an added advantage.
