Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, managing all day-to-day activities.
- Address and resolve patient service issues to ensure positive experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and support the dental team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Create and manage efficient staff schedules.
- Review and verify patient accounts for accuracy.
- Present treatment options clearly, assisting patients with financial barriers.
- Complete daily and monthly reports, analyzing key metrics.
- Take on additional duties as required to support office success.
- Travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Dental experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
