About the Role
The Data Analyst will support the construction teams by providing data-driven insights into scheduling and field operations. This role focuses on identifying trends, maintaining dashboards, and improving data quality to drive smarter business decisions within a collaborative, design-build environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics support for construction field operations including scheduling and safety.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling and field operations datasets.
- Assist the scheduling team with scrubbing project data for archiving.
- Build, test, maintain, and train users on analytical dashboards.
- Organize data to ensure accuracy, speed, ease of access, and flexibility.
- Identify patterns and trends to support operational decision-making.
- Recommend improvements to data collection processes, workflows, and systems.
- Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
- Address privacy and security components of data management.
- Collaborate with team members, technology partners, and business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, or a business-related field.
- 3-5 years of analyst or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools and data querying.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
