About the Role
Odaseva is seeking a Product Manager to join their Product team, contributing to the development and innovation of their Enterprise Data Platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage Security & Data products.
- Own Product Vision to Backlog with mature product management capabilities.
- Facilitate continuous collaboration and value realization with customers.
- Maintain existing products and drive innovation for new product lines.
- Co-construct new products with early adopters.
- Transform vision into actual delivery by working hands-on with engineering.
- Create clear and concise product vision/roadmaps and well-articulated value propositions.
- Measure and drive product adoption.
- Partner with product marketing to articulate value proposition and build GTM assets.
- Juggle multiple issues, set expectations, and prioritize accordingly.
- Professionalize prioritization.
- Quantify reach, impact, confidence & effort to maximize value creation with constrained resources.
- Apply agile principles for shorter development cycles, fast feedback, and continuous discovery.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to build measures for removing waste from product development.
- Communicate with executive business partners and influence senior Business Technology leadership.
