About the Role
This internship with the SAP Services Skill Management team focuses on designing and delivering innovative enablement to keep global consultants at the forefront of technology. You will develop creative, professional, and technical skills while being mentored by industry leaders. Discover strategies for impactful visual communications, gamification, business intelligence visualization, animation design, program management, internal marketing, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Translating complex concepts into intuitive visualizations.
- Producing creative and engaging animated videos to enhance the learning experience.
- Designing compelling infographics to communicate information quickly and clearly.
- Preparing professional grade presentations for a business and technical audience.
- Working extensively on internal social collaboration platforms (blogs, wikis and forums) while improving user experience and engagement through data analysis and innovative design.
- Organizing, hosting and supporting innovation webcasts and technology training events.
- Brainstorming solutions to enhance business processes.
- Communicating with many different people, in various industries and positions, from around the world.
Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree (preferably 2nd year), preferably in a Bachelor of Design program or programs dedicated to Marketing and/or Business Information Systems.
- Ability to edit and create original works of art, design, videos and production.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative / Professional Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering.
- Curiosity to learn and willingness to adapt.
- Detail-oriented, quality and deliverable focused.
- Ability to quickly understand how your skills can help the larger team.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work approximately 20 hours per week in Australia.
- Must be able to commute to SAP Sydney office at least twice a week.
- Must be available to work for 12 months from June/July 2026, 20 hours a week.
- The set of application documents should contain a resume, current university transcript of records, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
