About the Role
Service Managers are high energy professionals who lead by example, are team players, and support their employees. They manage the day-to-day operations of a center, including generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Manage technician workflow
- Recommend services to customers
- Order parts and inventory
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repair status
- Manage and track lead counts and customer satisfaction ratings
- Generate and close sales
- Deliver high-level customer service and quality control over all aspects of the center's business, operations, and work product
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive service sales experience or equivalent sales experience with a track record of success
- Excellent one-time closing skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, goal-oriented, and energetic team player
- Must have a valid driver's license
