About the Role
The Inside Maintenance Technician will collaborate with team members, perform repairs and maintenance on residential units and buildings within Sifton's London portfolio, including light bulb replacement, garbage collection, and maintenance shop clean-up. All work orders will be completed promptly with a professional and helpful approach to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance of the residential units and buildings in Sifton’s London portfolio
- Complete light bulb replacement
- Complete garbage collection
- Complete maintenance shop clean-up
- Complete all work orders promptly with a professional and helpful approach to customer service
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Ability to multitask and complete basic maintenance repairs
- Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment
- Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures
- Must supply CSA-approved safety footwear
- Dependable vehicle
- Must provide a satisfactory current background check
- Must be available to work a rotational on-call schedule as required
