About the Role
The Assistant Property Manager/Front Desk supports the property manager in daily front-line operations, including staff scheduling, training, and monitoring building traffic to ensure a thriving community environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule Desk Clerks to ensure adequate coverage
- Train and motivate new desk clerks
- Monitor traffic in and out of the building
- Assist with monthly rent collection and bank deposits
- Forward receipts to the National Office
- Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
- Collaborate with the site team and residents to foster a healthy community
- Facilitate on-site communication and monitor property goals
- Attend all staff meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules if needed
- Minimum of one year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience
- Property management experience and knowledge of local and federal housing laws
- Knowledge of Yardi database and real estate property management applications

Salary/Compensations
- $22.00-$24.00/hour DOE
