  • Build and own frameworks for measuring ROAS, channel efficiency, and attribution across paid, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive evolution toward incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) for causal, incremental measurement.
  • Own the unit economics model, reporting, and insights to drive investment decisions and external investor relations.
  • Lead marketing planning, including the annual and long-range planning process, target setting, and investment case stress-testing.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to quantitatively validate strategic investment areas.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows, automated reporting, and intelligence systems for the FP&S team and marketing partners.
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders to influence decisions.
  • Govern budget management and reporting for the COO’s overall budget with analyst support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 4 years partnering with B2B marketing organizations.
  • A foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is a strong plus.
  • Deep fluency in marketing economics, including building channel ROI models and explaining ROAS.
  • Comfortable acting as the connective tissue between the CFO and CMO.
  • Fluency across the marketing measurement stack, including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM.
  • Experience with both PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions and their differing measurement and investment decision frameworks.
  • A track record of driving business outcomes through financial insight and influencing strategy.
  • Experience building with AI (models, automated analyses, workflows).
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills with an instinct for business drivers.
  • Strong executive presence with clear and convincing communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Analytics tools (e.g., HockeyStack), Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau), and SQL.
