About the Role

We are seeking a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to own the evolution of our HR tech stack, moving us from manual processes to sophisticated, AI-driven automation that unlocks capacity across the entire People team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a systems-thinker who wants to enable a modern, scalable and efficient People technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the entire HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt), ensuring seamless connectivity and integrations.
  • Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new HR AI tools to keep Taskrabbit at the forefront of modern People operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers to recover team capacity.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness to provide the SLT with real-time insights.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for HRIS data quality, conducting regular audits.
  • Manage compensation cycle data pulls, engagement trend analysis, and ad-hoc requests to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead RFPs and contract negotiations for new tools, maintaining a clear People team tool roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
  • Deep curiosity for HR technology.
  • Joy in 'breaking' a workflow to build a better, more automated version of it.
  • Early adopter of AI tools.
  • Technical aptitude to translate complex business needs into elegant system configurations.
  • Proven experience managing Rippling (highly preferred), Greenhouse, and Lattice.
  • Expert-level skills in building technical dashboards and customizing complex reports.
  • Practical experience or high proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of how HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools sync and transfer data.
  • Ability to perform complex data merges and audit large datasets with high accuracy.
