About the Role
The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
- Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
- Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
- Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
- Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
- Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals
- Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
- Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
- Support office presentation and model readiness
- Assist in performance of annual turn process
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
- Assist with market surveys as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.
Requirements
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
