About the Role
We're hiring a Founding Product Manager to define product strategy, drive the roadmap, and lead cross-functional initiatives at a Series A AI infrastructure company. This role requires technical fluency, strong customer instincts, and the ability to operate with minimal structure.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure engineering investment is focused on the right problems.
- Conduct customer discovery to identify patterns shaping product direction.
- Prioritize the roadmap by balancing customer feedback, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams.
- Guide product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Track competitive dynamics and industry trends.
- Establish product processes, planning rhythms, and communication structures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to ship technical products.
- Strong customer discovery instincts.
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers on architecture and implementation tradeoffs.
- Excellent written communication skills for an async-first team.
- A data-informed approach to prioritization.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products is a strong plus.
