About the Role

Join a venture-backed AI infrastructure company as a foundational Product Designer. You will collaborate with founders and engineers to shape the user experience for complex, developer-focused workflows and establish design standards for a platform trusted by advanced software and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of platform experiences from concept to production
• Conduct user research to understand customer workflows and pain points
• Build and evolve scalable design systems and components
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to define specifications
• Design flows, wireframes, and interfaces for technically complex workflows
• Advocate for the user perspective during product decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and simplification of complex workflows
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers
• Ability to simplify technically dense workflows
• Strong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions
