About the Role

The Sr. Product Manager assesses market needs and inspires cross-functional teams to deliver business value, drive sales, and improve customer satisfaction. This role balances strategic growth initiatives with tactical execution, managing high-profile products while collaborating with developers, designers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy
  • Manage and groom the product backlog based on value delivery
  • Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product success
  • Partner with Finance to create business plans for new opportunities
  • Monitor competitive landscape to ensure best-in-class solutions
  • Formulate, test, and refine hypotheses through user research
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories for release planning
  • Condense complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration across Engineering and UX teams
  • Guide junior team members in strategy, analysis, and execution
  • Participate in talent acquisition and team development activities

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Ability to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
