About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work within an enterprise product line, collaborating with developers, designers, and business partners to drive product changes and deliver incremental value.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy.
  • Communicate product direction and priorities to development and matrixed teams.
  • Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value.
  • Refine the product backlog based on performance data.
  • Conduct end-user research to identify user stories and define Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
  • Partner with Finance to create business plans for new opportunities.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure products remain best-in-class.
  • Ensure product alignment with company and stakeholder priorities.
  • Document and review quality and change control standards.
  • Formulate, test, and refine hypotheses through user research.
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories for release planning.
  • Participate in standups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across Engineering and User Experience teams.
  • Advocate for the end-user by acting as a domain expert.
  • Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Overnight travel required less than 10% of the time.
