About the Role

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an exceptional leader to connect people priorities with organisational performance. Reporting to the Director of People, you will lead Strategic People Partnering, Reward, and Workforce Planning functions, acting as the primary interface between the People team and the business to ensure workforce capability and leadership align with organisational ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic People Partnering, Reward and Workforce Planning to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on workforce plans, organisational design, performance, and change.
  • Drive a robust workforce planning approach to identify future capability needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Shape reward and recognition frameworks that support performance, fairness, and market competitiveness.
  • Lead complex organisational change programmes, including restructures, consultations, and transformation activity.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading strategic people functions within a complex organisation.
  • Strong track record of delivering organisational change, workforce planning, and business-focused people strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
  • Experience in organisational design, reward, and performance improvement.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

  • London: £103,847 to £129,808 per annum plus £5k car allowance
