About the Role
The Senior Growth Product Manager will join the EU Growth team to drive user discovery, adoption, and engagement across Superhuman's product suite. This role focuses on optimizing the user journey through experimentation, funnel analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel from visitor to fully engaged user
- Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program including hypothesis formation and A/B testing
- Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences
- Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features
- Partner with data science to build dashboards and define growth metrics
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
- Share learnings to build institutional knowledge and an experimentation culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS product
- Track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels
- Experience running a structured experimentation program
- Effective collaborator with engineering, design, data science, and marketing partners
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and structure problems independently
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Berlin or another supported EU location
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team off-sites
