About the Role

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is the 2nd largest tobacco and vape chain in the nation, with over 200 locations and 900 employees. We strongly believe in promoting from within and offer careers, not just jobs, in a fun and relaxed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing customer needs positively.
• Answer customer questions and resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Build customer relationships to effectively suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to become an expert.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business by promoting the brand.
• Assist with all retail store functions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage.
• Assist management with opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area.
• Build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple.
• Assist with assigned tasks, duties, or projects.
• Open and close the store, including locking doors and setting the alarm.
• Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.
• Twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
