Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide directions.
- Manage equipment, including controller rentals.
- Handle sales and operate the cash register.
- Assist with event preparation, execution, and cleanup.
- Set up and dismantle technology and furniture for events.
- Perform basic checks on PCs, consoles, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to IT/Broadcast.
- Support house rules and maintain cleanliness and readiness of areas.
- Collaborate closely with the location, event, and broadcast teams.
- Assist other teams when needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Previous experience in service, retail, events, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
- Fluent in German.
- Basic English skills are helpful.
- Technically proficient with PCs and consoles.
- Flexible availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience with broadcast/streaming or cash/ticketing systems is a plus.
