About the Role

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and checkout processes with passion, customer focus, and expertise.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
• Market products on various online platforms.
• Liaise with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all repair-related processes.
• Actively support customer events.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers, offering simple and efficient solutions for customer complaints.
• Adhere to and implement prescribed national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and interest in consumer electronics products and trends.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Excellent communication and implementation skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Team player with enjoyment in shared success.
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
