About the Role

The Marketing Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing programs across key European markets, supporting the regional go-to-market strategy through online and offline initiatives. This role is crucial for driving coordinated regional campaigns that contribute measurable pipeline and revenue impact, ensuring marketing activities are aligned, localized, and executed with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own European Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to European revenue targets and quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Translate global campaigns into localized European programs, adapting messaging, channels, and tactics based on regional market maturity and buying behavior.
  • Support the execution of conferences, partner activations, and hosted events, ensuring strong pre-event promotion and structured post-event follow-up with Sales.
  • Scale the execution of digital marketing programs including a channel mix of agentic programs, email campaigns, paid search, paid social, webinars, third-party content syndication, and sales outreach with AI-assisted processes and marketing tools.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure regional campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are set up correctly prior to launch and communicate business-critical outcomes.
  • Test new regional channels, leverage AI-assisted experimentation, and recommend campaign optimizations based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Align Marketing to Pipeline & Revenue Goals
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to define objectives, target accounts, and success metrics.
  • Support regional ABM execution in close collaboration with Sales and Demand Generation teams.
  • Ensure lead capture processes are aligned with Marketing Operations and CRM workflows.
  • Track campaign performance for regional marketing initiatives and report on marketing funnel impact and marketing ROI.
  • Support regionalized marketing pipeline and revenue projections with AI analytics.
  • Manage Budgets & Vendors
  • Track regional market budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across marketing programs based on ROI.
  • Coordinate regional marketing initiatives with external agencies, event vendors, and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, test new channels, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Challenge the status quo by proposing new approaches, experimentation, and scalable regional marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French, Italian would be considered an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or technology preferred).
  • Experience managing marketing programs in Europe
  • Experience with agentic AI go-to-market strategies, channels, and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with larger Go-To-Market organization and external vendors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
