About the Role
Join our Finance team and leverage your passion for finance in a role that has a real impact. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, a love for clear processes, and a desire to help professionalize the financial sector in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, cash)
- Book and review incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Clarify open items and reconcile accounts
- Prepare VAT pre-declarations
- Create evaluations and reports for management, tax advisors, and auditors
- Support the optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Operations, and Procurement
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, tax assistant) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a dynamic environment
- Confident use of DATEV
- Very good Excel skills (e.g., Pivot, S-/X-lookup, basic formulas)
- Good knowledge of HGB and understanding of tax basics (VAT, GoBD)
- Careful, structured, and independent way of working
- High affinity for numbers, reliability, and teamwork
- Fluent German language skills
