About the Role
Provides ACC Campus Library Services reference services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat. Scheduled hours may vary, but shifts will primarily be scheduled during the morning and early afternoon, typically from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Provides ACC Campus Library Services reference services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat.
- Works with other ACC Library Services and primary campus library faculty and staff, maintaining records and statistical data and, as assigned, collection maintenance, subject bibliography, information literacy support, web or wiki page maintenance, special projects, and reports.
- Participates in critical record keeping practices including using reference desk software designed to gather student learning outcome data.
