About the Role

We believe code verification is the critical missing link in the Agent-Centric Development Cycle (AC/DC).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to specify and design new features.
Participate in sprints with your team to deliver new features with a focus on the end user.
Maintain and enhance existing features, incorporating feedback from colleagues and the community.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to peers.
Contribute to the team's growth by improving tools and processes and by mentoring other engineers.
Engage with the community on product forums to offer support and gather insights.
Help solve production problems related to the team’s features.
Join an on-call rotation, ensuring that critical system issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Front End Software Engineer.
Excellent engineering skills and a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
Demonstrated expertise in TypeScript, including a good understanding of its ecosystem and tooling.
Proficiency with React (preferred) or other modern front-end frameworks, ensuring efficient and scalable user interfaces.
Ability to take initiative and bring a subject to completion with little to no supervision.
Experience supporting and mentoring other team members.
Commitment to high-quality code through comprehensive unit and integration tests and end-to-end tests, ensuring robust and maintainable software.
Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to help and support others, enhancing their autonomy.
Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willingness to step outside their comfort zone and contribute to other technical areas.
