About the Role
As the Marketing Specialist, Brand & Campaigns, you will translate strategy into real market activity, delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with brokers, partners, and small business customers. You will work across brand, product, and sponsorship activity, connecting channels and teams to create consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, translating strategy and propositions into coordinated activity that drives awareness, engagement and demand across key segments.
- Activate brand and campaign narratives across channels including digital, social, communications, events and media to ensure consistent and compelling customer experiences.
- Manage campaign delivery from brief through to execution, coordinating stakeholders, agencies and timelines to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.
- Execute sponsorships and events with strong attention to detail, maximising impact before, during and after activation across multiple touchpoints.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using a test and learn approach, applying insights to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.
- Collaborate across marketing and business teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, connected and focused on delivering measurable commercial results.
Requirements
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, engaging campaign execution that resonates with customers and partners.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, working confidently across teams and agency partners.
- Good understanding of brand storytelling and how to bring propositions to life in market.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- A curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn and adapt to improve campaign performance.
