About the Role
Shape how IAG's brands show up across social and digital channels. As the Social & Digital Marketing Specialist for CGU and WFI, you'll bring campaigns to life through engaging content and smart channel execution, helping connect with brokers, partners and small business audiences. This role involves balancing creativity with performance, testing, learning and improving, building stronger digital capability towards a data-led future.
Responsibilities
- Deliver social and digital elements of integrated campaigns, translating messaging into channel specific content that drives engagement, reach and conversion across key audiences
- Plan and manage a coordinated content calendar, sequencing activity across platforms to ensure consistent, timely and impactful delivery aligned to campaign priorities
- Create and manage engaging social and digital content, ensuring it is on brand, audience focused and tailored to each platform’s format and tone
- Monitor performance across channels, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and continuously improve engagement, reach and conversion outcomes
- Amplify broader marketing campaigns via paid media across digital and social channels, aligning activity to maximise visibility and reinforce key messages
- Support improvements to digital journeys, including landing pages and content, to enhance user experience and drive better outcomes
- Manage day-to-day social publishing and community engagement, responding thoughtfully and maintaining a consistent brand voice
Requirements
- Hands-on experience across social and digital channels, including paid media with a focus on execution and optimisation
- Ability to create engaging content across formats such as copy, video or simple visuals
- Confidence using data and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and how audiences engage with content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organised and detail-focused
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and with external partners
- Curiosity to keep learning, testing new ideas and adapting to evolving digital landscapes
