About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, globally minded Associate Creative Director to lead and scale Peloton’s creative footprint across the US and key international markets. You will be the architect of campaigns that bridge the gap between global brand vision and local cultural relevance, championing high-impact creative expression to ensure our voice remains cohesive worldwide while hitting home with every member. This role reports directly to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Shape the development of creative campaigns across UK, Germany, and Australia, ensuring all work meets the highest creative standards and aligns with Peloton’s global brand vision.
- Collaborate with global brand teams to adapt central campaigns for local markets, balancing brand consistency with cultural relevance and resonance.
- Partner with international marketing, communications, and media teams to understand market dynamics, audience insights, and campaign objectives, shaping creative work that influences local impact.
- Lead concepting, storytelling, and execution for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — including social, digital, OOH, and experiential.
- Guide and mentor designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative partners across markets, providing thoughtful feedback and fostering creative excellence.
- Stay informed on local trends, cultural movements, and platform shifts in each region to ensure creative work remains relevant, fresh, and authentic.
- Work closely with strategy, production, and media teams to ensure the creative output delivers against business goals, while remaining innovative and on brand.
- Manage multiple projects proactively with organizational skills to bring order to complex, fast-moving workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience guiding creative teams and high-stakes projects within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success leading creative campaigns for international or multi-market brands.
- Deep understanding of brand building, storytelling, and cultural localization.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across time zones and cultures.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaign development, and execution across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and influence ideas.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — able to manage complexity with clarity.
- Strong alignment with Peloton’s mission to make fitness accessible and the ability to inspire global audiences through the intersection of movement and creativity.
