About the Role
Join our unique Monkey Business team in the vibrant Urban Jungle of Berlin. We are looking for a Commis de Bar (w/m/d) to create taste explosions in a glass at the Monkey Bar. Embrace a creative, team-oriented atmosphere with a flat hierarchy where your personality is valued.
Responsibilities
- Care for our guests alongside colleagues from morning to night.
- Prepare the shift and ensure the bar is tidy afterwards.
- Work independently, even during busy periods.
- Serve drinks.
Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy/hotel industry and experience in a bar.
- Ability to motivate colleagues and assist with duty scheduling and bar organization.
- Enthusiasm for the bar scene and bar culture, with a desire to discover new concepts.
