About the Role

The Senior Associate, Investments joins the European Investment & Real Estate team to drive core growth initiatives. This role focuses on strategic investment, asset management, land and operating asset acquisitions, new development opportunities, and asset repositioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment materials including memorandums, capital committee presentations, and proposals.
• Create and maintain financial models for development projects, acquisitions, and financings.
• Support projects from identification through completion, including due diligence and underwriting.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external constituents and partner with business leaders.
• Communicate financial drivers to the executive team and Blackstone partners.
• Execute expense reports and check requests.
• Work on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain databases, tracking reports, and document templates.
• Provide administrative support to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of investment experience in a collaborative financial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced ability to build comprehensive financial models.
• Experience providing financial and analytical support to a capital-intensive business.
• Knowledge of the data center industry.
