About the Role
Manage our Magento-based shop platform from both a business and product perspective, acting as the key product manager within a dynamic, cross-functional team. Lead the end-to-end development of new features, using data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities and guide decisions. Coordinate seamlessly across teams and stakeholders, and plan six to twelve months ahead to define and shape the long-term product strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage our Magento-based shop platform from a business and product perspective.
- Act as the product manager within a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, and UX design.
- Lead and drive the end-to-end development of new features – from discovery to delivery.
- Perform data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
- Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Plan six to twelve months ahead, helping define and shape our product strategy and roadmap.
- Be the go-to person for all e-commerce shop topics: from search, recommendations, and checkout to conversion optimization, LLM optimization, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a tech-savvy product manager, ideally in an e-commerce context.
- Experience with Product Information and Content Management tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- A hands-on, structured approach to product development.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar.
- Background in agile product development.
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs like conversion, retention, or CLV.
- English full professional working proficiency, ideally German too.
