About the Role

As Head of Customer Fulfillment for Electronics in Japan, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering end-to-end Order to Cash and Inbound to Outbound logistics operations, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of service quality. You will oversee day-to-day fulfillment activities, manage 3PL relationships, and govern operational processes and Service Level Agreements in close collaboration with Business Units, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Trade Compliance. Driving continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across the team. You will coach and develop your team members, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that performance is tracked transparently through KPIs and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering end-to-end Order to Cash and Inbound to Outbound logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing Customer Fulfillment or logistics operations, including accountability for team performance, resource planning, and budget contribution.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese, enabling effective collaboration across local teams and global functions.
  • Solid expertise in Order to Cash and logistics processes, including 3PL management, transportation coordination, customs, and trade compliance.
  • Strong customer orientation and business acumen to align fulfillment operations with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Skilled in using KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with experience contributing to digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
