About the Role
As an Acrylic Bath Installer (1099 Contractor), you’ll be responsible for completing professional bath installations, typically in a single day, requiring efficiency, precision, and strong attention to detail. You’ll represent the company in customers’ homes, so professionalism and quality workmanship are essential. Experience with acrylic bath products, particularly Bath Concepts systems or similar, is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete full acrylic bath installations (typically 1-day remodels)
- Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work
- Follow all installation standards and job specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products
- Complete job documentation, including paperwork and job photos
- Load, maintain, and organize tools and installation materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation
- Strong knowledge of basic construction techniques and measurements
- Proficient with hand and power tools (drills, saws, jigsaws, etc.)
- Ability to read measurements using tape measure, level, and square
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
