About the Role
This role focuses on data-driven recruitment with an emphasis on AI and advanced analytics. You will attract, analyze, and hire technology leaders, influencing hiring strategy and leveraging advanced TA analytics to support Expleo's AI and data-led future.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition, focusing on AI & Data, with flexibility to support wider capability areas.
- Own and deliver recruitment activity for AI & Data hiring, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through to offer.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions, talent pipelines, and recruitment strategy.
- Conduct market and talent intelligence research across AI, data engineering, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Apply innovative recruitment tactics to attract hard-to-find AI & Data talent.
- Support continuous improvement of TA tools, systems, and AI-enabled sourcing approaches.
- Operate with flexibility across Expleo’s wider capability areas as business demand requires.
- Work as a hands-on individual contributor supporting UK services, with selective collaboration across shared services.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of delivering against challenging or niche hiring requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within AI, Data, Digital, or Technology hiring.
- Experience working within an in-house consultancy environment and/or agency recruitment.
- Strong understanding of AI, Data, Digital, or Technology hiring markets.
- Proven experience using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring outcomes and improve delivery performance.
- Confident working across ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other innovative sourcing tools and methods.
- Ability to interpret hiring trends and talent intelligence to proactively adjust approach.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with a consultative approach and a clear focus on delivering results.
