About the Role

DWW Akademie is seeking a finance accounting expert to teach complex topics in a practical manner for their online course focused on financial, balance sheet, and payroll accounting with AI and integration into the German labor market.

Responsibilities

• Conducting the financial accounting module within our course.
• Teaching in German to participants with B1-B2 language proficiency.
• Teaching sessions are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Supporting the teaching team in updating and aligning teaching materials with course objectives.
• Assisting participants in understanding content, including in an online learning environment.
• Collaborating with coordinators, mentors, and other instructors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or as a tax advisor in German companies.
• University degree or vocational training in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Datev software.
• Interest in teaching.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in understandable language.
