About the Role
This role involves executing government-funded R&D projects and supporting innovation at Rakuten Mobile. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage technical, managerial, and operational aspects of cutting-edge R&D initiatives.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience
- At least 2 years of government service or government-related work experience
- Native level of Japanese language proficiency
- TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent English proficiency
