- Source the best options that balance comfort, convenience, and budget requirements.
Requirements
- Initial experience in business travel booking (corporate travel, agency work, or executive/team assistant travel management) is essential.
- Possess strong healthy common sense.
- Ability to think on your feet, anticipate potential travel hiccups, and find practical solutions independently.
- Ability to juggle multiple bookings at once without losing track of details.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with a professional and friendly manner.
- Comfortable using modern booking platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools, like Google Workspace.
- Rydoo and Egencia are a big plus.
