About the Role
Lalamove is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate (Part-Time) to support business growth in Berlin. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and supporting the onboarding of new corporate accounts, offering hands-on sales experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in Berlin.
- Support customer acquisition efforts through cold calling, outreach activities, and door-to-door visits.
- Introduce Lalamove's services to prospective clients and assist with the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support account management activities and ensure customer information is accurately maintained in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve individual and team growth targets.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or seeking a flexible part-time sales opportunity.
- Available to work 20 hours per week for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
- Comfortable engaging with potential customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and German.
- Good working proficiency in English.
