About the Role
The Trade Marketing function connects field execution data to commercial decision-making. This role will turn wealth of live retail data into clear, consistent insights that help the team act faster and invest smarter, directly impacting retail performance across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate data from store audits across 17 EU markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage regular trade marketing reports and dashboards, supporting monthly planning cycles with reliable data.
- Produce ad hoc analyses to understand drivers of in-store performance across key metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and best practices across markets, channels, and store formats, and present findings.
- Support the team in keeping operational processes aligned, flagging data risks or inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Experience working with data through coursework, a placement, or a personal project.
- Genuine interest in turning numbers into useful conclusions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively, and deliver clear outputs under time pressure.
- Comfort working with large, sometimes messy datasets.
- Methodical approach to spotting errors or inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
