About the Role
We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, with the support of experienced serial entrepreneurs and a strong network. The goal is to build companies valued at over €1 billion.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a customized program to enhance goal, time, and energy management.
- Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and gain advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
- Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million euro funding rounds.
- Iterate your product until product-market fit is achieved, with support in building a sales force or marketing engine.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to over €100M in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language.
