About the Role
As a People & Talent Intern, you will collaborate with the Growth & Operations Manager to support team growth. You will own key aspects of the recruiting pipeline, including candidate sourcing and communication, ensuring timely hires for critical roles across engineering, commercial, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing.
- Own end-to-end candidate communication, including outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and process management.
- Support interview coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
- Conduct initial screening calls and summarize candidate profiles for the hiring team.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in people, talent, and hiring.
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing and reliable follow-up.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes.
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus.
