Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and care of public areas, offices, and back-of-house zones.
• Control and distribute clean laundry to floors.
• Assist with restocking minibars (in a substitute capacity).
• Fulfill guest requests in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain and clean curtains and drapes.
• Organize and distribute orders on floors.
• Prepare extra beds and additional amenities for guests.
• Conduct quality checks of rooms according to high standards.
• Work in early and late shifts on a weekly rotation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is advantageous; career changers are welcome.
• A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and details.
• Reliable, meticulous, and independent work style.
• Team spirit and commitment – willing to pitch in.
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• German and/or English language skills.

• €29,928 - €30,984 gross per year (depending on qualifications)
